Dr. John A. McCall, Sr.
Dr. McCall obtained his doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in 1950. He also attended Sam Houston State University for undergraduate work. He is therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist. He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and also a member of the American Optometric Association.. Dr. McCall has practiced optometry since 1950 and currently practices 3 days per week.

Dr. John A. McCall, Jr.
Dr. McCall graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1977 and practices with his father in Crockett, Texas, where he served as Mayor (1989-90). His honors include: Texas Young OD of the Year (1982), Texas OD of the year (1991), the UHCO’s Outstanding Alumni (1998), T.O.A. Distinguished Service Award (1999), and the UHCO’s Bill Pittman Leadership Award (2001). Dr. McCall is past president of the Texas Optometric Association (1988-89) and the American Optometric Association (1998-99). Dr. McCall currently serves as Secretary of the Medical Staff at East Texas Medical Center; is a member of the E.R. Review Committee and Senior Vice President, Vendor Relations, of Vision Source.

Dr. Carmon Lampley-Roberts
Dr. Roberts joined Crockett Eye Clinic in 2003. She received her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University. She is a therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist. Dr. Roberts enjoys working with our spanish-speaking patients and her scope of practice is varied, including:primary care optometry for the family, contact lens fitting, treatment of ocular infections, treatment of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, foreign body removal and treatment, dry eye management and treatment including punctal plugs, and cataract surgery and LASIK surgery pre-operative and post-operative care. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optomertic Association, and the Sabine Optomertic Association. Dr. Roberts is also a member of the medical staff at ETMC Crockett.
